Stevens is the most technically astute laminator in the market today. It starts with complete testing of fiberboard or particle board core materials to exacting standards. Vendors must submit ongoing samples for testing and must become Stevens "certified" before their materials will be used for your project.

Fast cycle melamine laminates are carefully thermofused under heat and pressure directly to the surface of the panel. This process eliminates glue lines and allows the laminate to become an integral part of the panel. Fast cycle melamine laminates are easy to clean and are heat, stain, and water resistant. Because the laminate becomes an actual part of the panel, it will greatly resist chipping, cracking, or peeling.

Stevens offers a variety of panel material and colors to custom fit your needs. Laminated panels are available with both fast cycle melamine and high pressure laminates on a variety of cores. To best economize your material costs, panels are produced in a full range of solid colors, woodgrains, and patterns, in 4' x 6' through 5' x 10' sizes and 1/4" through 1 1/8" thicknesses. In addition, Stevens technical advisors will help you choose the right product to fit your specific applications.

Decorative high pressure laminates are available with optional post formed edge treatments for the latest designs in office products, furniture, and cabinetry. Stevens utilizes proven technology in post forming and bonding with PVA adhesives to assure you of the highest quality and design flexibility. The most modern styles and colors are available with attractive contour shaped edges.
